We’re so happy you’d like to volunteer with the Blacksburg Refugee Partnership! To complete the onboarding process, please watch our orientation video and review our volunteer handbook. They’ll explain more about BRP’s approach to assisting refugee families.
Afterward, please complete the final onboarding steps.
If you haven't yet done so, please fill out our Volunteer Intake Form, which now includes the confidentiality agreement and vaccination info upload. (If you just need the confidentiality agreement, the link is here. If you just need to upload your vaccination info, the link is here.)
Email background@blacksburgrefugeepartnership.org to indicate your interest in a background check. A company that performs background checks will contact you.
If you have questions about volunteering, would like help finding a role, or need to ask for a volunteer job that does not require contact with another volunteer or refugee family member, email volunteering@blacksburgrefugeepartnership.org.
